Right of access to personal data and other rights
- The concerned party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of details that may concern them, even if such data has not been registered, and the notification in an intelligible form of such data and their origin

- the aim and potential transformation of said data
- the use and reasons for processing with any electronic instrumentation
- any information identifying Holder of the Right over the said data (for ex.:name, address etc.) and person or persons responsible for processing as set out by Art. 5 section 2
- any communication to third party or parties within the said company or other types of State representative
- The concerned party has the right to obtain
- The updating, correction or which, should the concerned party deem it appropriate the integration of data
- The deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data handled in violation of the law, including those data whose preservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data has been collected or subsequently handled
