Subject of the processing
Your personal data in your CV (personal, professional, training, interests, etc.) or in any case provided by you to DAS Srl will also be processed, even by filling in the "Work with us" form on the website www.dasitaly. com. Data will be processed in compliance with the obligations of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and integrity in accordance with the principles and provisions of the aforementioned legislation on the protection of personal data.
In particular, the data strictly pertinent to the purposes specified below, as well as to the obligations and related tasks that cannot be fulfilled or implemented through the processing of anonymous data or data of a different nature, will be processed. The processing of personal data could also concern data categories c.d. particulars (formerly sensitive, eg belonging to protected categories) which will be treated in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.
Purposes and methods of processing
The data you provide will be processed by DAS Srl for the purpose of recruiting and selecting personnel for the possible establishment of an employment relationship.
The legal basis on which the processing is based is your consent which is intended to be given with the act of filling in the form present in the "Work with us" section of our Website and any sending of the CV in accordance with the provisions of the 'art. 4, c. 1, 11 of the aforementioned Regulation.
The processing of personal information concerning you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your data will be processed in electronic and paper form and your data will be collected and stored both in computer databases and in paper archives
The treatment will be carried out by duly authorized personnel in compliance with and in application of appropriate security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and completeness of the data processed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller of the treatment.
Nature of treatment
The provision of data for the indicated purpose is optional but necessary and constitutes an essential requisite for the pursuit of the described purpose. Failure to provide your data will make it impossible to evaluate your profile and your professional attitudes with respect to the role to be filled or any future positions that may be available and will not allow us to proceed with the selection activities for the purpose of possible establishment of the employment relationship.
Duration of treatment
The data communicated by sending the CV (personal data, contact details, data relating to the training path, data relating to the professional path, interests, desired employment, any data relating to health or belonging to protected categories) are stored for 12 months (starting from the reception of the CV), except for the contracting of the employment relationship and consequent conservation for the time related to it
Access to data and communication
Your personal data may be processed by the Data Controller and by persons authorized by the same who need to treat them in the performance of their duties duly instructed to respect the principles of protection of personal data. Your data may also be communicated to all the subjects authorized to access it in compliance with legal provisions. In particular, your data may be communicated, even in the pre-contractual phase, to third-party or professional companies (both individuals and legal persons) to which the Owner should entrust tasks for the performance of some outsourced activities and duly appointed. Data processing managers pursuant to art. 28 EU Reg. (Eg: personnel selection personnel, labor consultants for the purpose of preparing the necessary documentation for the possible establishment of the employment relationship, web agency responsible for managing the website, etc.).
The communication of your data to the categories of subjects referred to above is necessary to implement the preliminary obligations with respect to the possible establishment of the employment relationship.

Data transfer outside the EU
Your data will not be transferred outside the EU territory.
In the event of any transfer of Data to Third Countries (outside the EU), including countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection required by the applicable Privacy Policy, the Data Controller informs that the processing will take place according to one of the methods allowed by the Regulation, such as, for example, your consent, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for the free circulation of data, (eg EU-USA Privacy Shield) or operating in countries considered safe by the Commission European.
Exercise of rights
You may, at any time, exercise the rights recognized by the articles. 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
In particular, you may obtain from the aforementioned Data Controller that your personal data be made available to him in an intelligible form; may also obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification or, if there is interest, integration of the data itself, or use the portability of these; may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data.
